In short: 14 days, full refund, no questions. Email business@zerosolved.com. Nothing ever auto-renews.
Both passes — the Year Pass ($99/year) and the Founding Lifetime ($349, one-time) — carry a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email business@zerosolved.com from your purchase email within 14 days of payment. The full amount returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We won't ask why, though if you tell us, we'll listen.
After 14 days, payments are final — but the Year Pass never auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge, ever. We ask you again next year, like honest people.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (international cards) and Razorpay (India — UPI, cards, netbanking). Refunds return through the same processor to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days; UPI refunds are usually faster. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
All products are digital and delivered instantly online upon payment. Nothing is shipped.
EU / UK customers
This policy meets or exceeds your statutory 14-day withdrawal rights. By accessing paid case files immediately after purchase you consent to immediate performance; the refund window above applies regardless.
